Hi, I’m Roberto, a tattoo artist and multidisciplinary artist. I’ve been tattooing since 2012, but drawing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. After completing an academic education in painting, I found in tattooing the most direct medium through which to express my artistic research and create artworks that live alongside people. My work comes from the meeting point between the world of art, which I studied and which continues to inspire me, and the spontaneity of childhood. My influences from painting merge with essential lines, playful shapes and a visual language that seeks to awaken the inner child, bringing back a sense of lightness, curiosity and freedom of expression. Each tattoo is created to tell a personal story, transforming an idea into an authentic mark that brings together artistic research and emotion. I believe art should not only be observed, but experienced. That’s why I strive to create tattoos that carry on the skin the sense of wonder, imagination and freedom that belong to childhood, without ever losing the depth and richness of art.
